About

The ETS Cares scholarship program was established to assist graduating seniors facing serious life challenges in their goal of achieving a higher education degree. Funded entirely by monetary contributions from employees, funds totaling $1.4 million have been awarded to more than 250 deserving students. Proceeds from ETS Cares events and direct donations to the program support scholarships for the next class of students. The program offers one-time scholarships of up to $10,000 to public high school students entering their freshman year of college or other higher education institutions. In 2023, the ETS Center for Advocacy and Philanthropy made a decision to expand the program nationally.

EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE (ETS) WAS INCORPORATED IN 1947 BY THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AS AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION TO ENGAGE IN RESEARCH, SERVICES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATIONAL TESTING.MISSIONOUR MISSION IS TO HELP ADVANCE QUALITY AND EQUITY IN EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FAIR AND VALID ASSESSMENTS, RESEARCH AND RELATED SERVICES. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MEASURE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, PROMOTE LEARNING AND PERFORMANCE, AND SUPPORT EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL PEOPLE WORLDWIDE.VISIONTO BE THE LEADING ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD AT PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE ASSESSMENT AND LEARNING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT HELP IMPROVE LIVES AT EVERY STAGE OF THE JOURNEY TO WHAT IS POSSIBLE.
